                                                                                                                                         The apple tree is a brief tree in the rose family .It harvest worldwide as a fruit tree, and the most extensively grown species in the genius Malus .The tree arise in Central Asia, where its wild founder, Malus  sieversii,  is still found today. Apples have religious and unreal significance in many cultuers , including Norse , Greek and European Christian traditions.
                                                                                        Apple tree are large if grown from seed, but small if implant onto roots. There are more than 75,00 known crop of apples, resulting in a range of like characteristics .Different crops are bred for various tastes and uses, including cooking ,eating raw and drinkable production. Apples are generally grow by grafting, although wild apples grow readily from seed. In 2010 ,the fruits genome was chain as part of research on disease breeding in apple production.
                                                                                                 Worldwide production of apples in 2013 was 80.8 million tonnes , with China calculating for 49% of the total.

                                                                           Botanical Information:

                                                                                                                              The apple has a small, leaf-shedding tree that grows up to 30 to 12 meters (9.8 to 39 ft) tall. the apple tree has a deep with thick twigs. The leaves are alternately arranged simple ovals. They are 5 to 12 centimeters long and 3-6 centimeters (1.2-2.4in)wide. It has a sharp top with a soft underside. Blossoms come out in spring at the same time. The flowers are  white pink color. They are five leafelt, and 2.5 to 3.5 centimeters(0.98 to 1.4 in) in diametres . The fruit full-grown in autumn. It is usually 5 to 9 centimeters(2.0 to 3.5 in) in diameter. There are five flowers arranged in a star in the middle of the fruit. Every flower has one to three seeds.

                                                                        Ingredients:
                                                                        1. 1 cored apple cut into quarters.   
                                                                        2. 2 table spoon of honey.
                                                                        3. 1/2 teaspoon of sage.
                                                                         Procedure:
                                                                                                 Chop up the apple quarters in a food processor. Add the honey and sage then refrigerate for about 15 minutes.
